According to the survey, only 4 law firms offer less than 12 weeks of paid maternity leave.
The paternity leave survey reveals shorter paid leaves for men, ranging from one week to twelve weeks. The majority of firms offer 4 weeks of paid leave, according to the survey’s 650 respondents.
