The site allows users to create a professional profile, post résumés, search for job opportunities, write blog posts, participate in community forums and engage in the greater industry community. Isaac Cooper, president of PivotalDiscovery.com, notes that the company has also developed a proprietary application for searching jobs and managing career opportunities called the Pivotal Portal.
