What topics do you cover in your legal blog?
We cover issues in law that would be interesting to those affected or possibly affected by a brain injury. We can help those with mild or traumatic brain injury learn about the basics as well as new developments in Florida law which could determine if they have a brain injury, if they have a case, and how to choose someone to represent them. Our blog will primarily focus on topics specific to those who live or were injured in Florida.
What inspired you to start your blog?
Our firm has been representing participants in brain injury cases as both defendants and plaintiffs for for many years. As someone is trying to determine if they have a potential case for mild or traumatic brain injury through online research, we can help them with information necessary to make an informed decision. Our expertise will enlighten them on some of the issues affecting the chances of winning a case. We have seen time and time again that the general public does not know the basics about what their rights are because they did not expect to be the victim of an injury and, of course, were not prepared for it.
We know that if we put timely, relevant, helpful information on our blog, we can help shape the decisions people make. Many of our partners have worked directly with clients and potential clients from the very beginning of the process. We know exactly what common questions enter the minds of those exploring a lawsuit. We can use our experience in the courtroom to determine which issues and questions will pertain most to the potential case and can relay that through our blog. We want the public to be more informed about how brain injury cases work so they can make the best decisions possible. Of course, we will not be replacing the need for specific consultation with a qualified attorney nor should any of the advice on our blog be taken as specific legal advice.
Advice
- Every state has its own set of precedents and specific interpretations of the law. Since we practice in Florida, the readers of our blog can expect to be presented with blog topics that explain issues as they relate to Florida law.
