What topics do you cover in your legal blog?
We are expert debt management attorneys who represent individuals and small businesses experiencing serious debt problem.
Topics include personal & business bankruptcy, foreclosure including mortgage mediation and modification, creditor harassment, lawsuits brought by creditors and warning about 'home saver' and 'debt settlement' scams.
What inspired you to start your blog?
It is an effective way of providing accurate information to those who are experiencing serious debt problems and quite literally do not know who or what to believe. As a result, the blizzard of misinformation generated by abusive debt collectors, scam artists and others - some of whom may be well meaning - discourages them from using the laws that protect them.
We cannot claim the our blog is unique - but it is authoritative - contains analysis and comment current issues and responds to questions from those who are experiencing serious debt problems.
